Join us at Pinnacle Peak Park for Explore More Day–a free, fun for the whole family, living classroom of the Sonoran Desert! Perfect for curious minds of all ages, this event combines education and exploration and outdoor fun. At Explore More Day, families are invited to discover the fascinating world of desert flora, fauna and wildlife. Guided by park staff and volunteers, you’ll learn about the plants and animals that thrive in this unique environment with hands on learning stations. Plus, there will be a fun craft and an opportunity for the kids to earn their Jr. Ranger badges. Make it a full desert adventure by enjoying a hike on Pinnacle Peak’s scenic trail.
