Deanna Rose "Night of the Living Farm"

Please consider this request!  We will be needing all the help we can get! They are expecting 2500 people a night:

My name is Caroline Sidders and I work at Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. I'm reaching out to see if your team would be interested in partnering with us for our Night of the Living Farm events by providing telescopes and knowledgeable staff or volunteers for a stargazing activity.

We were inspired by the Night at the Arboretum and envision a similar experience for our young visitors, where they can explore the night sky with guidance from experts. The events will be held on October 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th from 5-9 pm, and we typically welcome around 2,500 attendees per night.

In addition to (hopefully) stargazing, we have a wide range of activities planned, including puppet shows, dancing with princesses, superhero obstacle courses, a DJ, and a variety of scary and non-scary activities. We believe that a stargazing component would add a unique and educational element to our event lineup.

You are welcome to come check out the space to get a better feel for what might fit. We do have some wagons you would be able to use to move your equipment. As far as parking goes, you could use our main parking lot which shouldn't be full at the time you would need to come set up or we have a smaller one back closer to our maintence shop area, but the wagons are up front in our entry building. While we will have 2500 per night, it is very likely that not all will come by that spot.
