The program details the 10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain and highlights the latest research — including recommendations from the U.S. POINTER study. Jolene DiBrango is a retired teacher and education leader who has volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Association® since 2022. She lost her father-in-law to dementia in 2024 and is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia through her volunteer work as a community educator, legislative advocate and fundraiser.
