Determine the relative frequencies and abundances of common microplastics categories
The goal of this project is to raise further awareness about microplastics pollution through the recognition of its presence or absence in a variety of environments, particularly related to water habitats but others are welcome as well.
Collect plastic pellet (nurdles) concentrations along beaches and river banks.
Evaluate the scale and distribution of microplastics in rivers lakes and on coastlines
