Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Desert 101 Hike

This Desert 101 hike is perfect for exploring the foothills and enjoying a famous AZ sunset. The route is approximately 2 miles roundtrip on gravelly, slightly rocky terrain, with moderate inclines. Along the way we’ll discover the surprising diversity and adaptability of the desert! Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center, where we’ll meet. No pets, please. MEETING LOCATION: Nature Center Limit 20 participants.
