Ranger Jacque leads the way on this night hike, sure to please the senses as you take in the majestic moon, mysterious sounds, and creatures of the night. Discover the magic and majesty of the full moon rising over the desert landscape, following the famous Arizona sunset draping over the mountains. This 2-mile out-and-back hike will follow the NoSo trail, with gravelly, sometimes sandy or rocky terrain, and a slight 119-foot elevation change. Please wear sturdy shoes, bring water, and dress for the weather. Small hand-held flashlights are OK; please refrain from using headlamps. This program is weather-dependent; please check our website for cancellations before attending. Restrooms are available near the meeting location. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 4 with your name, phone number, and number of people attending.
