Feel inner peace outside on this easy walk featuring a guided 4-step outdoor meditation led by Ranger Jacque. Would you like a break from noise and stress and a new way to enjoy nature? The Quiet process can help. It blends nine techniques or influences that research indicates have a calming or uplifting effect. This program explores the 0.7-mile Little Leaf trail and features quiet connections with nature. Restrooms are available in the Visitor Center. For maximum comfort, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring water. No pets. MEETING LOCATION: Across from Nature Center, Arizona Memorial Picnic Area No registration required. Please note: Summer programs may be canceled on short notice due to severe weather, including extreme heat events.
