Ecological Marine Adventures (EMA) offers hands-on science field trips and classroom visits focused on marine biology, coastal ecosystems, and conservation education. Based in Surf City, NC, we give students opportunities to explore Topsail Island’s unique habitats, investigate specimens, participate in interactive activities, and discover the science behind our local environment. Can’t make it to the coast? We’ll bring the beach to you with engaging, hands-on classroom experiences using real specimens and scientific equipment!
