Mount Gilead Public Library: Summer Reading Program: Science Week

Our Mount Gilead Public Library Summer Reading Program overall theme is "Colors in Our World". We are breaking theme down into 6 weeks of seperate weekly themes focusing on color in different areas of our world (ex: Earth, Oceans, Culture, etc.). The 3rd week (June 23rd-28th), our weekly theme is "Blasting Into Color: Science Week" where we will be having a focus on colors throughout specifically chemistry and space. 

We would love to partner with the Warren Rupp Observatory to bring especially the mobile planetarium to Mount Gilead Public Library and Morrow County.for 2 seperate days with 2-3 programs each day if possible for ages 0-18+. Those dates and times:: 

Wednesday, June 25th @ 11am (ages: 0-10), 2pm (all ages), & 5pm (ages:13-18) 

Friday, June 27th @ 11am (all ages), 2pm (all ages), 3pm (all ages)

Is this something that the program would accomadate? If so, what space requirements, etc., would be neccessary? We have several rooms that can be darkened or we have a seperate building that is a larger meeting space. Both of these spaces have electricity.
