Rohan Woods School Star Party

I am requesting a night at Babler State Park for my school. We will be having the astronomers point out planets, star groupings, and the moon. 

We are a small school with a school population around 100 students. Not all the students will show up but with parents, there should be around 120 that attend. 

The students will be grouped into two. One group will be with the Astronomical Society looking through telescopes. I will have the other group - where I will be pointing out specific stars, constellations, and telling stories.

There are three dates I am looking at. I am listing all three here even though only two are listed below. I do need to know as soon as possible if any of these dates will work as I need to get these on the school calendar prior to school starting. 

The dates are :October 11 or November 15th all 2025. Please let me know if any of those dates work for you. I have already cleared the dates through Babler. They just need to know which one to reserve. 

The start time depends upon which date you give us. If its the November 15th date, the party would start at 5:30. If it is the Oct. 11, it would start at 7:00. We have to remember that the kids attending are ranging from Prekindergarten through 6th grade.
