More Information

Hello! Below is the text we're using to promote the event online (not posted yet, will be posted August 1). This is our second year doing the event and we'd love to have y'all join us, if possible :).

Most activities are around the building/pavilions so we'll still have the open field for astronomy. The event is 2 sessions (5-630, 7-830). Sunset is around 7 that day. We totally understand if only the second session makes sense to offer viewing since the sun will still be out for the entire first session.

Thanks!

Join us as we transform the White-tailed Deer Trail into our Trick or Treat Trail! Our hike (.25mi) is suitable for guests of all ages and hiking experience. Please note, the trail is not paved and does have uneven terrain. In addition to hiking, guests are welcome to participate in all our activities including, games, crafts, nature activities, and more!

You are welcome to come in costume. We recommend closed-toe shoes and costumes that are weather appropriate, hiking friendly, and can get dirty, since the event is outside. Please bring a water bottle and flashlight.

Registration is by car. Each registration includes 1 parking space and access to all event activities. All ages welcome! All minors must be accompanied by an adult for the entire event. No pets allowed.
