Watershed Management: 9th Annual Tanque Verde Flow & Feast

Join us for WMG’s 9th Annual Tanque Verde Flow and Feast, an annual celebration of our River Run Network program. This free, family-friendly event features a self-led creek walk, a catered dinner from Tumerico with vegan and vegetarian options, fun nature-based activities to do along the creek, and a special dinner show: Arundo the Musical! Please register your entire party individually for the event to ensure everyone is accounted for. The creek is flowing! Be ready to get your feet wet at this event. Like many creeks and rivers in the Tucson region, this sensitive riparian area once flowed for most of the year. Today, we are seeing seasonal flows return to this area of the creek. During this fun and enlightening event, we will explore our connections to flowing desert creeks and discover ways we - as a community - can help restore them through WMG’s River Run Network.
