Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Discovery Station – Boater Safety

Before you head out on the water, stop by Ranger Derik’s Boater Safety table to learn about the lake, safe boating practices, and get a loaner life jacket. Ranger Derik will have a table and canopy set up by the Loaner Life Jacket station next to the Make Ready area at the 10-Lane boat ramp. Available will be AZ Game and Fish approved boater safety brochures and regulation booklets. Feel free to ask the ranger about where to boat, current lake hazards, and any other boating related questions you have. Have fun and Boat Safe! PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor summer programs may be canceled on short notice due to severe weather, including extreme heat events.
