The walk spans approximately 1.5 miles on the Spur Cross Trail, featuring gentle elevation changes and some rocky terrain—be sure to wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for an outdoor evening adventure. Wander at your own pace along the softly lit path, immersing yourself in the desert’s peaceful beauty. Admission is $3 for adults, payable by cash, Maricopa County annual passes, or Cave Creek resident cards at the entry station. Children under 15 are admitted free.
