Join Ranger Jacque on a moderate walk to look for early spring wildflowers and blooming desert plants. Join Ranger Jacque for an informative walk focusing on the unique flora of the Sonoran Desert. This 2.1 mile loop follows the Moonlight, Stargazer, and San Tan trails, offering a chance to search for early wildflowers and pollinators. Participants should expect some uneven and rocky terrain. For your comfort and safety, please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, bring water, and sun protection. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center. MEETING LOCATION: Main trailhead by picnic table and kiosk Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 7 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 02/23/26.
